Pastor Mrs Chidi-Nwankwo is an astute public administrator and expert in social works.She had her Diploma in Social Work from the University of Benin in 1989. She graduated from the University of Port Harcourt in 1998 with honours in Public Administration and thereafter procedded to the Rivers State University of Science and Technology where she bagged an M.sc in Social work and community development in 2002. She is presently pursuing a P.hd in guidance and counseling at the University of Port Harcourt [dissertation level].

Pastor Mrs Chidi-Nwankwo who has vast experience in social works has undertaken social works for the Edo orphanage home, Benin city, Social work Unit in the Ministry of Social Welfare, Port Harcourt, Uselu Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City, and University of Port Harcourt amongst others. She is one of the pioneer staff of the Department of Medical Social Services, UPTH and through her diligence and effectiveness developed a working format for the department.A graduate of Dominion Bible Academy of the Life Gate Power Church. She is an ordained Minister of God.

Pastor Mrs Chidi-Nwankwo who was the Caretaker Committee Chairperson in Oyigbo Local Government Area between April, 2006 – February, 2007, also served as the Rivers State Commissioner for Women Affairs between July, 2007-October, 2007.She is the South/South Zonal Co-ordinator, Women for Change and Development Initiative. She is an active member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).She is passionate about issues of economic empowerment for the less privileged with particular emphasis on women and youths. She has single handedly supported thousands of women and youths to acquire vocational skills and establish micro businesses so as to assist them achieve financial independence believing in the usual slogan of her NGO[Realities Initiative] “You can make it if you truly want”.

She is the founder of Realities Initiative, a Non-Governmental Agency that handles issues on Drug adherence counseling, Hiv/Aids Counseling, Behaviour Modification, LIason Services Child Welfare Services, Public Enlightenment, Family Therapy, Reconciliation, Advocacy Roles, Skill Acquisition and Empowerment, Mentorship programmes for Re-orientation and Palliative Care. She has attended and presented papers in several local and International Trainings and Programmes. Pastor Mrs Chidi- Nwankwo is married to Elder Engr.C C Nwankwo and blessed with wonderful and God-fearing children.
